About Shipping

Usually we dispatch the shoes via DHL,EMS,UPS and so on.We will email you to confirm if we change the shipping way for some special countries which need to pay the custom . 


All the items will be shipped within 2-7 business days upon receipt of payment.   


It takes about 6-12 days to the counties: United State, Europe,Asia and other places worldwide.


We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom or tax.But we will ship the shoes as sample shoes and write the declared value below $25 US dollar to avoid the custom.


Some times the products will arrive late a few days, because of the Customs inspection and Some natural disasters, Please understand.


Payment:

Payment methods available in include:Paypal,Western Union ,Credit card. When you put the items into cart and checkout, you can go ahead with payment method you prefer.



Note: The shoes are made in China, and all the shoes we dispatch from China.please pay attention!

 

For online purchases, SkyeShopping will accept all unused or defective merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange for 30 days from the receipt of shipment when accompanied by the original sales slip. However, free gift products cannot be returned/exchanged. Returns/Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the form of Paypal. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once the return/exchange has been processed.

Shipping charges for any returned/changed item(s) are the client's responsibility. SkyeShopping will deduct the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee from the original amount when issue the refund. Returns and exchanges on all items will only be honored in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached and in the original box.

Items should be shipped with a return/exchange tag attached with the following information:
(1) Your Order Number
(2) Product Code/Product Name
(3) Details of the reason for your return

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. SkyeShopping will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in SkyeShopping 's sole discretion.

The exchange of an item purchased on SkyeShopping.com involves an easy two-steps process. First, please begin by making an online selection to identify and to purchase the replacement item. Second, return the original item by following the steps outlined in the previous section. Please note that the returned item must be received by SkyeShopping in original condition and that new orders are subject to SkyeShopping having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any changed item(s) are the client's responsibility.

Changes/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to sales@skyeshopping.com  . We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. As long as the package has not left our warehouse, the order may be cancelled. If the package has already left our warehouse, you can’t cancel or change your order.
